Rows and Column lines

Good morning!

I am very new with Excel and have only had one class.

I am trying to create a basic blank document that will print column and row gridlines, that have NO information entered into the cells. I need the cells to be blank to be written in once this document is printed (Reason: I work in property management and there was water damage to a unit. All of the damaged items in the unit need to be entered online with attached pictures. I need a sheet of paper to take to the unit, to inventory all the damaged property, then bring it back to the office and enter it online).

I have all the categories entered in Excel (Item Description, Brand, Model #, etc.) I know how to print gridlines in Excel when there is data in the cell, but how in the world do I make them print with no entered data in a cell. HELP??

:)

Thanks!!

    Hi MelissaDawsonPM

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

Select the range which you want to print say A1:G20 > Page Layout tab > Print Area > Set print area

Page Layout tab > Print Titles > Sheet tab > Check Gridlines

Do let me know if you have any more question or require further help.

    Hi There...

You may try with selecting all cells you want to print and use format as in below pic (All Borders).
