Could it be Advanced Message Encryption? It's a new tier of Office 365 Message Encryption.  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/ome-advanced-message-encryption

    Hello tgskiman,

Based on my experience, it’s provided by Office 365 E5 subscription. I searched anywhere but haven’t found any related article descripted this feature separately. My thought is that it may related with enhanced encryption feature in Office 365 E5 when comparing with other subscriptions. I will further consult it and update as soon as possible.

    Best Regards,

    Anna

I haven't heard of "Premium" encryption specifically. I do recall reading that 365 Business had better encryption protection than 365 consumer licenses. I don't remember the specifics.

Take a look at this page for the MS propaganda on 365 encryption

This is an older file, but it may give you some key words or clues you can use

Check out the MS Virtual Academy (may now be Microsoft Learn), they have/had a course, "Encryption in Office 365". You may be able to view it during a short free trial period.
