Exporting an accessible PDF from PowerPoint on Mac

I'm trying to follow these instructions to export an accessible PDF from a PowerPoint presentation on Mac:

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-accessible-pdfs-064625e0-56ea-4e16-ad71-3aa33bb4b7ed

I am on Mac OS 10.14.4 and PowerPoint for O365, version 16.26.  The issue is, when I try to Save As PDF as suggested, I do not see the radio buttons to select the option for "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service)." So, when exporting the PDF the alt text for images, reading order, etc. are not passed to the PDF.

The radio button options are available in Word, but just not in PowerPoint.  I've experienced the same issue with other version of Office and Mac OS as well.  Does anyone know what's going on here?  Is this feature still available in PowerPoint?

Thanks!
