    Hello,

I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.

To insert a 3D model, choose Insert, 3D Models, From a File and navigate to the 3D model you created. Select it and click Open.

Here are the formats that PowerPoint accepts:

    1. 3D Manufacturing Format: 3MF
    2. Filmbox Format: FBX
    3. Object Format: OBJ
    4. Polygon Format: PLY
    5. Stereolithography Format: STL
    6. Binary GL Transmission Format: GLB

Do let me know if you require any further help on this. Will be glad to help you.

    Hi,

My name is Vladimir. I am an Independent Advisor. Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

On Windows and macOS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook support inserting 3D models directly into your documents, workbooks or presentations to illustrate a point. You can rotate models 360 degrees or tilt up and down to show a specific feature of an object.
