I had a notification from OneDrive about a 100GB offer but it has now disappeared. How do I avail of this offer for my Samsung S10 plus?

Yes, a notification will appear once you accept the terms of use and redeems the 100GB offer. Tap Settings > Account to shows plans and their maximum storage capacity.
To share my experience with you, I have downloaded the Outlook APP on my Samsung mobile that comes with a pre-installed OneDrive APP. I have signed in Outlook APP using my Microsoft account.
My OneDrive storage was 1TB. When I signed up to Samsung OneDrive offer using my existing Microsoft account (I was not able to do it via the notification same as your experience it disappeared), it became 1.1 TB. The additional storage didn't appear right away, I remember waiting a day then when I check the OneDrive app on my Samsung mobile. I have seen the additional storage.
If you have followed the steps on the link, the storage might not have appeared yet. However, I believe that it will be sorted within 24 hours.
As per the note on the link:
If the storage does not appear within 72 hours, please open the OneDrive app and shake the device to contact support.

I downloaded MS Word and enabled Camera upload but it hasn't made any difference.
I do remember seeing a notification 2 weeks ago so not sure why it has disappeared from OneDrive notifications.
I have changed mobile network recently if that matters. I have also tried restarting phone and signing out amd back into OneDrive but with no luck.
Any ideas?
