Brochures in Word

I am currently in Word, using a brochure template with two pages. I don't want the second page and am unsure how to delete it without deleting the template. The assignment I am working on has to be passed in electronically so I can't just print out only the first page. Can anyone help with this issue?

    Hi RachelB21,

According to your description, I test in our side and when I create new brochure template in word file having in two pages template  and I was able to delete second page we suggest you follow the

    steps below.

1.Click anywhere in the page you want to delete, press Ctrl+G.

2.In the Enter page number box, page.

3.Press Enter on your keyboard, and then click Close.

3.Verify that a page of content is selected, and then press Delete on your keyboard.

    1. After deleting the content in second page click on second page and enter backspace then you will see only one page.

For your reference: Delete a page in Word.

If this is not your scenario, could you please share with us your brochure template name.

It may be that the template is setup as a table.  When you have the selection in it, do you see the Tables Design and Layout tabs on the ribbon?  If so, it might help if you click on Show Gridlines in the Table section of the Layout tab so that you can see what is on the Second page and if it is a table, you can put the selection in that row and use the Delete>Row facility in the Rows & Columns section of the Layout tab.

If you can provide the name of the template, I can checkout how it is structured and let you know if the above is applicable or if there is some other procedure that you will need to adopt.
