Something weird is happening in Excel with conditional formatting.
I'd like to format a range of cells row-by-row based on the value in one column. In this example, I want all rows with a value of '0' in column C to be highlighted in green.
I use this conditional formula on range A2:C8:
=$C2=0
After clicking OK, the formula changes to something like this:
=$C1048572=0
And the cells are formatted accordingly:
I then have to edit the conditional formula to fix it and it works the second time.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
