I'm a current subscriber of Office 365 Home. I just realized I am eligible for the Military Edition. What's the easiest way to convert over?

but did not see the details under Services & Subscriptions, such as a "circle arrow", "next charge", or "Expires on [date]".

The circle arrow would only appear if you have the subscription set to "auto-renew" otherwise it should show show you the expiration date as per

Find out when your Office 365 subscription expires

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/find-o...

(*** unfortunately none of my available systems at the moment use a <Home> subscription for 365 (use corp subscriptions) so can't access the exact UI to provide any screenshots).

Also, just to verify/confirm - when you open any of your Office Apps (i.e. Word/Excel and go to File --> Account --> It does show <Subscription> in the product description - correct? (which should match the product listed when you log into your MS Account associated with Office)

I can't find the expiration date for my Office 365 subscription.  I looked at the instructions on finding the date, but did not see the details under Services & Subscriptions, such as a "circle arrow",  "next charge", or "Expires on [date]".

    Let your Home subscription expire.

Buy the product key for the Military Edition now, use the key after your current subscription expires.

You may also have to re issue any "Shares".

    .

In theory, since the new Military 365 is also 365 Home you could simply activate the key right away and it should (in theory) extend your current subscription. But I have not seen confirmation / proof that it will work that way in the real world which is why I suggest letting your subscription expire.

    Hello Jim

Just to clarify for the sake of accuracy (just in case), there's no functional difference between the regular and military subscription to Office 365 Home with the exception of price.

As such, there is no process to "convert" from one to another. You would need to let your regular subscription run it's course at which point you would need to buy a new subscription to the "military" edition.
