Why can't I save my Word document changes and how do I open the Trust Center which is blocking my save?

File | Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings | File Block Settings. Note that checked boxes indicate file types that you want to be blocked (to an extent governed by the radio buttons at the bottom). If you don't want them blocked, clear the check box.

You can find trust center by opening an office application and going to file>options.
There is a tab for trust center and then there is a button for "trust center settings".
What message is it giving you when trying to save the document?
