Just upgraded to the latest Microsoft Office for Mac (16.29.1 (19091700)) on Office 365 (A1 Plus license) but I'm not seeing Forms anywhere. Also I don't see to the the ability to Inser Forms in Powerpoint - is this something that isn't available on Mac?

    Hi,

Microsoft Forms is a Web app without desktop version.

    https://forms.office.com

It's not available to insert Forms into presentation in PowerPoint for Mac at present.

According to this article, Creating or inserting a form is only available to Office 365 Education and Office 365 Commercial subscribers with version 1807 (Build 16.0.10711.20012) or later of PowerPoint for Office 365 on a PC

    Thanks HappyBoy3!

I wasn't quite sure what the requirements were - I have Office 365 at home on a PC but it's neither an Education or a Commercial subscription. And the Education license I do have is on a Mac =(

I might have to convince my manager to buy me a PC in the next budget  =)

    Hi Patrick,

I'm Wilfredo S an Independent Advisor

You can create a form in Word from a template or a new blank document. Then, you can add content controls such as boxes, text boxes, and combo boxes. Other Word users can fill out the form and print it if they wish.

This link will help you create it.

    I hope it helps you
