Hi

When I open up a pdf and it has a remittance advice in a table.  I highlight the data which would be on several pages.  I copy that data control C and then go to excel to paste the data.

The problem is that the table does not come out properly on excel

What is the best way to do this.

    Hi Zia

It really depends on how that PDF file was put together . . .

Open Microsoft Word, then choose File - Open and try to open that PDF file in Word

Does the table render correctly in Word?

If so, you should be able to copy and paste that table from Word into Excel . . .

If not, when you paste that into Excel, are all columns ending up in the same column - if possible, please provide a screenshot of that pasted data, so I cam work out what is happening and how to provide a solution for you . . .
