Hey, I have a problem with cursor in Excel 2007. It's contantly blinking between default arrow cursor and whatever cursor in showing in any given time. For example, if I'm typing something, it's blinking between I-beam and default arrow.
I've tried to re-install printer drivers (suggested in internet), re-install software itself. Problem started just few days ago, no new updates (not for windows or any other software that's affecting Excel 2007 in any way).
And it's only in Excel. Every other office 2007 product works just fine.
Here's link to demo video (youtube), https://youtu.be/sEgF8Y9JfTg
Ps. it starts to blink faster if I hold down any key that doesn't move selected cell or type anything into cell. For example, Ctrl, Shift, Alt, Windows key.

Hold the Ctrl key when starting Excel, to force safe mode, is the problem then replicated?
