Suppose i have a FAT32 file system usb drive. can i install windows 10 to a NFTS file system pc with it?

I have a USB drive which has FAT32 file system in it. and it is not formattable to a NFTS file system. can i install windows 10 to a NFTS file system pc??

    Sure, no problem. NTFS is the default file system for windows. The installation media format has no effect on this.
