Values shows wrong in stacked column

I added 3D stacked column chart with values 20 , 0 and 3. I can see column where 3 is much more bigger than 20. How can i see this column that 20 is bigger than 3?

    It's difficult to answer since we don't see your chart, or the steps you've taken to create the chart.

    But, a guess is that your value axis (vertical) is not at 0.

    If that's the case, right click the vertical axis and set minimum scale to 0.
