    Hi,

Thanks for come back to me.

Try Office in the Safe Mode to determine whether background programs are interfering with Office.

If the issue still happen in safe mode, switch to new Mac user and see if the same issue happen.

What's your Mac OS version? The lowest required OS version is 10.13.1.

    Hi,

The latest version of Office 2016 for mac is 16.16.16, you could click HERE for details.

If you are not in the latest version, Please Download Microsoft Auto Update 4.17 Package then open Word, go to Help > Check for update.

If the issue still persist, Could you provide more information:

    1.Waht's your MAC version?

2.Does the issue happen in all documents and workbooks?

    Hi

Please click the Apple menu and choose About This Mac, then click the System Report button. Copy the information for Display/graphics and paste it in a reply.  Thanks.

I have the latest update installed on my computer for the 2016 microsoft package. I am using Macbook Pro Retina 13" 2015 edition. This problem has started recently, earlier there was no problem when I used word and excel. Just checked that even when I am using Powerpoint the same problem is occurring. Any idea how can I fix this.
