On 25/01/2020 I was billed $10 as a monthly subscription for Office 365

Order No GPA.3389-7291-53639..10

I no longer have Office 365 - can you please explain as this will amount to $120 per annum and I do not recall subscribing to this fee and what am I supposedly getting for this?

Regards

Victoria Taylor

What you are paying for is the ability to use the various full-power Microsoft Office 365 applications and One Drive. This is by subscription. You likely signed up for it when you activated a free trial of Office 365.

You can use free online versions of some apps without a subscription.

Thank you for your reply Charles - much appreciated.  I did follow your links and have visited my subscriptions and there is no subscription posted for Office 365 and yet it states the next billing address.  I also used the 'robot' question service and it appeared to be going well when I acknowledged that I would like to turn off the recurring billing and yet even 'she' encountered a problem.  so I am a a bit stumped here????
