    Thank you for sharing your concern here in Microsoft Community Support. Most of us would like to manage, edit, share and view pictures. We'd like to know the exact version of Office that you have. Note that the Picture Manager is not available in Office 2013 and later versions. For Windows 10, we recommend using the Photos app that you can install for free from the Microsoft Store in Windows. See this link to know more information about the Picture Manager.
