OneNote Flashcards Question

So I am able to make flashcards on OneNote from tutorials I have seen on Youtube. I have the issue though that flashcards that I have left hidden will be visible after I leave the page to go to a different page so I cant reliably test myself since when I want to test myself and I click on a page they're not hidden like I had left them, but I can see the answers so it becomes difficult to work because I can see the answer when I don't want to. Any help?

    Hi, one,

Thanks for updating to help us better understand your concern.

Per your description and screenshot you provided, I did a test on my side. In my test, when I type the question and answer as the same font, it will be visible automatically the same as your description, but when I set them as a different font, it will be hidden even though reopen it.

Besides, from the screenshot, may I confirm that if you are using OneNote for win 10, I did this test in OneNote 2016 and OneNote for win 10, it all works fine if you change them to a different font. Please have a try and share the result with us.

Meanwhile, If you have a further concern about this feature, or you want to achieve it in the same font,

we would kindly suggest you share your experience in our UserVoice. Our team is happy to listen to the user's suggestions so that we can understand the user's concern better and provide a better product to our customers.

Much appreciate for your understanding and patience.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Higgins

    Hi One,

Thanks for sharing the experience on this forum.

According to your description, it seems that there is something wrong when using a flashcard in OneNote.

To better understand your concern, could you please provide the detail steps to create a flashcard and a screenshot of your scenario. We'll appreciate it!

Besides, I did a test with OneNote 2016, here are some steps you can follow to check the result:

1.type the questions and answer you want like that:

2.Indent each of the answers via the button on the tab

    1. Move the mouse pointer directly until the mouse pointer itself becomes a large 4-sided arrow, then double-click the left mouse button. This collapses (hides) the indented answer below the vocabulary word.
    2. Do this for all of the other text groups:

5.finally, you can simply double-click the  +  icon to check the answer of any question, to hide the answer again, you can just double-click the icon again.

if you are using OneNote for win10, you can find similar option under Home tab and follow my steps above to create a flash card though it applies to OneNote 2016

Please have a try and share the result with us.

    Best Regards,

    Higgins

So making the flashcards isn't my problem, rather as you can see on my image, when I chose this page, all the flashcards were hidden, but as you can see when I clicked here, two of the flashcards are not hidden, but I didn't leave them like that, I had them hidden. if I click on other pages, some of them will just be visible even though I want them all hidden. so the issue is that on their own they become visible even when I left them on hidden.
