Hi Fred,
Thanks for your feedback, glad to know the pages display fine when you check them in OneNote on the web.
So the issue is specific to OneNote desktop application.
OneNote desktop application should also show pages' content, when I test from my side, I don't have the same issue.
I suggest you try following and see if the notes on pages will display locally.
1.
- Close the notebook in OneNote desktop application: you can right click the notebook's name from navigation, then click "Close this notebook".
- Go to your OneDrive online and navigate to the notebook, open it in OneNote for the web first, then click "Open in app" as below, try opening the notebook from online to desktop app, then check the outcome.
2.If you have OneNote for Windows 10, you may try following:
Close OneNote>open Windows Settings>Apps>scroll down and find "OneNote">click "Advanced Options">then click Repair to repair OneNote. After that, open OneNote again, open your notebooks and check the outcome.
If you have OneNote 2016, firstly make sure your Office version is latest. You may click File>Account>Update Options>Update Now to see if there is any new version available, then update Office.
If issue persists in OneNote 2016, you may also try Online Repair Office by following the steps in this article.
If you still cannot view pages' content in OneNote desktop app, could you please share following information? I will help you do further troubleshooting:
1.Please share a screenshot about "Everything else displays -- the section titles and the page titles. Just not the pages text. ". This will help me better understand the situation from your side.
2.Where are your notebooks saved? Personal OneDrive or OneDrive for business?
3.Your OneNote desktop app version.
For OneNote for Windows 10, you may click the 3 dots in upper-right corner>Settings>About.
For OneNote 2016, please click File>Account, then capture a full screenshot of Product Information.
Appreciate your time and effort.
Best regards,
Tina
