Cannot get Add-ins in Excel "error loading Add-ins"

cannot load Store add-in into excel.   When I click the My Add-ins or Admin managed.. it says I need to login to my account.  When I click that a window pops up and quickly disappears.

    Thanks for posting the question on our forum.

    Per your description, the issue occurs when you install add-in on Microsoft Store.

    I suggest you try online repair to check if it can repair Office client and provide the result:

    If the issue still exists, could you please provide the following information for further analysis?

    1. The version of Excel. (Click File>select Account)
    2. The screenshot of error message.
    3. Did you meet the error message when you use the add-in or add the add-in?
