Maybe worth checking out the uninstall support tool:

Hello. I have Windows 10 installed with Office 64 bit and SQL Server 2019 64 bit. I need to import an excel file into SQL for which I need then Microsoft Access Database Engine. However, when I try to install it, it claims I have 32 bit office installed (I did, but I removed it) and the install aborts. Can anyone offer any guidance on how to resolve this? Thank you.

I recently had a similar problem and what I remember is to find out what exactly is installed you can add columns to Control Panel > Programs and Features. That allowed me to identify what else needed to be uninstalled.
If you remember what version of Office you used to have, you can install a version of 64-bit ACE Redist that is different (even A2010 if you can find it).
Thanks for your reply Tom. I can see nothing in there that's obvious which would need to be uninstalled. For example, a search for uninstallable products containing the word "database" or "access" shows no results. The only two I can see which may be relevant are the Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL server and Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server 18.2.3.0. So, on the one hand it's telling me a 32 bit version of the Access DB Engine is installed and I need to remove it but there is no such entry in add/remove programs. I really don't want to wipe and start again. Many thanks.
