Iterative Calculations in Excel for Office 365

How can I use iterative calculations while working with circular references in Excel for Office 365?  I cannot find a way to enable this function.  Earlier versions of Excel had a box in the Formulas -> Calculation Options section that could be checked to enable iterative calculations an indicate the maximum iterations and maximum change, but this does not seem to be available any longer.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Is there a way to keep the iterative calculation box checked so that I don't have to check the box for each file I work in?
