    Hi Harry,

File size limit for uploading to SharePoint Online is 15 GB, you can refer to this article: File size limit in SharePoint Online. So, we would like to know whether you’re encountering any problem while uploading the file to the SharePoint Online Document Library? If yes, can you please provide the screenshot of the error message encountered?

In addition, you can try to sync your SharePoint Online Document Library to your Windows File Explorer and copy the problematic File to SharePoint Online Document Library folder in the File Explorer. You can refer to this article: Sync SharePoint files with the OneDrive sync app.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Chitrahaas

File size limit for uploading to SharePoint Online is 15 GB,

That may be the published limit for a file's size but when you try to upload or move anything over a gB in a real world environment, you'll run into problems.
