    Hello

    Thanks for reaching out.

And I'll be happy to help you out today.

Is there a message error when printing in landscape lay out? If does, what is the error message?

Set also landscape in printer properties in print preview.

    if problem still persist,,

Go to system preferences >Printers. Then Right Click on the printer icon>>Click on Properties>>Click on Advanced tab>>Select Print directly to printer. Click on Apply>>OK.

If you have more concerns feel free reply.

    Have a nice day !

    -Regards,

    Marj :)

Use File > Print and in the Print dialog click the Save As PDF button. Then, open the saved PDF. Does your content appear as expected or is it blank? The PDF shows you what Excel sends to the printer. If the PDF is OK, then the problem is your printer driver or the handoff process to the printer. If the PDF is bad, then something's wrong with Excel.

The AI bot failed to ask what version of Excel you're using in which version of Mac OS. To learn the version of Excel you have, go to the Excel menu and choose About Excel. To find your version of Mac OS, click the Apple menu in the upper left corner and choose About This Mac. Please reply with the version information and the results of your test with a PDF file.

    Thanks.
