I am not sure I understand your question.

Using Pub 2013, if you go to File > Export > Publish HTML you will get an index.htm file which is your home page and an index_files folder that contains all the supporting graphics and pictures plus any other pages you might have in the original Publisher publication. Those pages are likely to be named by default as Page292.htm or some other arbitrary file name. You will upload both the index.htm file and the index_files folder to the root directory of your website. You can change the default setting to do away with option of saving all the supporting files in an index_files folder and get all the files together, but it is a messy option.

If you are asking how to link your home page, the index.htm file with the Page292.htm page, then you would write and insert a hyperlink. An example would be http://yourdomain.com/index\_files/Page292.htm and back from that page to the home page http://yourdomain.com/index.htm or http://yourdomain.com as your browser will automatically view and assume the index.htm file as your default home page and open it.

If you instead do a Save As > Change the file type to Web Page, filtered then the default file name will be the file name of the Publisher file. For example if you have a Publisher file named MyNewsletter2.pub it would default to MyNewsletter2.htm instead of index.htm and the index_files folder would be called MyNewsletter2_files. You can change all that by saving as index.htm.

MSFT started deprecating the web building function of Publisher as of Pub 2010 so new web templates are not available in Pub 2013. If you have an old web publication that you created in Pub 2010 or older and open it in Pub 2013, you will activate and  see a Web tab on the menu. It offers some of the web features and functions that were previously available, but not all.

Let me know if I answered your question. If not, please offer more details.
