To: MVPs,

New Lenovo Laptop 64 bit Windows 10

Please guide me on following 4 issues point wise:

1. Unable to delete below mentioned notepad files from "temp" folder;

a) LAPTOP-MP3178RP-20200216-1012

b) mat-debug-3404

c) officeclicktorun.exe_streamserver(20200216101247D4C)

How to get rid of above files.

2. Antivirus scan has identified below mentioned suspected file names containing virus named "TrojanSpy.Alinaos"

a) IntegratedOffice.exe

Location: C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Click To Run\Updates\

b) IntegratedOffice.exe

Location: C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Click To Run

c) IntegratedOffice.exe

Location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64

d) OfficeClick ToRun.exe

Location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64

How to get rid of this virus.

3. Search results are taking to another websites

On Mozilla firefox as well as on microsoft edge brower, search results are taking to another websites

Firefox suggests, malwares on my PC that needs to removed thru installing third party malware removal softwares.

4. Google Chrome is not getting installed on my new Lenova Laptop after it got crashed.

Search results were also taken to taken to different websites before it gets crashed.

How to get it installed.

I reported it twice to Google Chrome, yet to receive response till now.

Please help on above matters point wise.
