Hello! For some reason when go to redeem my office key on https://www.office.com/setup, I cannot select the United States as my country after I enter the key.

Unfortunately, you can't change the region to which a product key applies. Product keys are region specific. In other words, you wouldn't be able to use a European Product key in the United States.

If you ended up with a key from the reseller that is not applicable to your region, you will need to contact that reseller or contact Microsoft Support (if you've purchased it from Microsoft) as described in
