From your description, it seems that you want to only use one account with the OneDrive sync client for Mac. If yes, I suggest you first back up all files with the three accounts to an external drive or other places.
Then I suggest you perform the following steps to see the result.
- Open Spotlight by selecting the magnifying glass at the top right of your desktop.
- Search for and open Keychain.
- In the search field, enter adal.
- Select all items whose type is MicrosoftOffice15_2_Data:ADAL:<GUID>, and then press Delete.
- In the search field, enter office.
- Select the items that are named Microsoft Office Identities Cache 2 and Microsoft Office Identities Settings 2, and then press Delete.
- Quit Keychain Access.
- Open the OneDrive sync client for Mac>click on the OneDrive sync client for Mac’s icon>More>Preferences>Account>Unlink this Mac to unlink other two accounts to stop the sync between local Macs and online.
- Remove the local sync folders of two other accounts.
- Quit the OneDrive sync client for Mac, restart the Mac and open it again.
