Hi

I have added narrations to my powerpoint presentation but now the size is almost 100mb. I want to compress the audio files (as I see some of them on each slide is almost 7mb).

I'm using office 365 on my macbook air. There is no option as with windows to go to file - info- compress media. There is only an option to compress pictures.

Please assist as I have to upload the presentation to my students and they have very little data so the presentation can't be big.

    Hello Lema

I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. Compress media feature is not there in Mac Powerpoint. There is a feature request logged at Uservoice. You should also vote there for this feature. I just voted for this.
