I am wanting to export my Microsoft Project to Excel as I am the only one in our business that has access to Project.

Within Project I cannot find any options to do anything e.g. there is no "File" like I see in other Office applications

Microsoft 365 and Office | Access | For home | Windows

    Thanks Jo,

    How about these steps?

File → Export → Save Project as File → Microsoft Workbook → Save As → name your file and choose Save. After that, you will see the Export Wizard where you will need to choose required options.

    Reference with screenshots.

    Jo --

Although you stated you are using Microsoft Project, your description indicates that you are using the new Project for the Web application.  This tool is very new, and is intended for occasional project managers who manage small and simple projects.  In its current release, there is no option in Project for the Web to export a project to Excel.  Perhaps the best you can do currently is to print your project schedule.  Sorry for the bad news, but hope this helps.

As I mentioned, the only options I have at the top of my screen are Favourites, Notifications, Settings and Help.

    There is no "File" option

Thanks Jennifer, I had found this information. However I do not have anything that says "Share Group".

I log into Microsoft 365 and have a list of applications. I click on "Project" and that opens up a screen that lists my projects. The only options I have are those on top right which are Favourites, Notifications, Settings and Help
