When I am signed into my microsoft account in Word, my name shows as "Microsoft Account" and not my name. When I track changes it shows the author as "Microsoft Account" even though my name is shown as the author when I go into the "track changes options". I am also shown as "Microsoft Account" in the top right corner of Word.
When I sign into my microsoft account in chrome, my name is displayed correctly. Please advise how I get it to display my name in Word when I am signed in.
Please note: When I am not signed into my microsoft account in Word, when I track changes in a document my correct name is shown as the author.
