Molly --

"Reading between the lines" of your question, I suspect that you are using the new Project for the Web application, and not Project Online.  If this is the case, please keep in mind that Project for the Web is a very new application to which Microsoft is continually adding new functionality.  In its current stage, that is no functionality that allows you to print a project or export it to another application.  Probably the best you can do is to use the built-in print capabilities of your web browser.  Sorry for the bad news.  Hope this helps.

Hi Molly,

Welcome to Community Forum. It’s our pleasure to assist you.

  • If you decide to print the whole project list in project center : select >PROJECTS> Print, after that, you could see the pint preview as the screenshot below:
  • If you prefer to print a project schedule, you could follow the steps below:
  1. Open the specific project schedule
  2. Options> Print
  3. Then, you could see the print preview as the screenshot blow

If the solutions don’t work, please provide the following information to help us narrow down the issue:

  1. Check if it only happens to the specific item or all items.

      2. Check if it is available to print other pages by your browser

  1. What kind of items would you like to print, if possible, could you please offer us the related screenshot? In order to protect your privacy, please help us mask your PII, such as private contents and URL.

Let us know if it helps.

Regards,

Sandro
