How to create an azure security group membership type : assigned, Source: Cloud

We have SG as shown below in pic.
I want to create new one, please let me know how to create it?

Membership type: Assigned
Source: Cloud
Type: Security

In Azure Active Directory Admin center click Azure Active Directory in the left menu
Click Groups
Click the New Group button on the top of the groups blade
Leave the Group type selected as Security
Enter a name for your group in the Group name field
Optionally enter a description
Optionally select to enable assignment of Azure RBAC roles to the group
Leave the Membership type as Assigned
Select members for the group as appropriate
Click Create on the bottom of the page
