I lost my product key
Hi I have the same issue i forgot my product key and my e mail address wasn't recognized as my account. I did not renew my subscription for almost a year now and when am going to renew it. It said that I have no account.
Hello BeverlyCollins1
If you purchased Office 365 Home from Microsoft, there is no need for a product key - it will be automatically associated with the MS Account used to purchase it.
Similarly, if you've already entered the key to activate Office, it becomes permanently associated with the MS Account and there's no need to re-enter it, would just get an error stating that it's already been used.
If you purchased Office from a 3rd party vendor and haven't used the key to activate Office, then you're only options would be those described in the following article under the heading "I lost or damaged my product key"
Using product keys with Office
When I try too share the account, the recipient is asked for the product key. So then what?
Hi there,
I use to have the business office 365 version with my prior employer installed on my computer and this subscription was ended so I bought in April the home version of Office 365. The problem I have is that the program keeps on telling me my subscription will end on July 6th although I just bought it in April. Can you help me with this problem please?
Thanks,
Daniel
