I enabled "Sensitivity Labels" in OneDrive. I want to see the same in OneDrive documents list.

I can customize columns in "Classic View" but not in "Modern View".

How to customize columns in "Modern View" and can administrator set it as default for all users.

    Thanks Madoc for your message.

I am switching to Classic View and able to add the Sensitivity Column, however when I switch back to Modern View the column isn't retained. Do I need to make the Custom View as default. In case yes how do I make the custom view as default.

I can create a customized view in "Classic" and it appears as a separate Tab (see picture). However I cannot see it in "Modern"

    Hi Dipen,

I just simply click on Create View > Standard View on the ribbon to create a new view, then add columns and save it. After back to the modern experience of OneDrive, the newly created view would be saved.

I would like to confirm with you whether you used this method?

    Best regards,

    Madoc

    Hi Dipen,

Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.

Currently, in the modern experience of OneDrive, we cannot customize the columns. But as a workaround, you can Return to classic OneDrive, then create a new view there to add customized columns. Then back to the modern OneDrive, the columns would be displayed.

And administrators can’t set OneDrive views for members with one click, because these OneDrive sites are each user’s personal website.

If you think it should bring such a feature to OneDrive, you can submit feedback to UserVoice, which is the official suggestion box for OneDrive. Other users will also be able to vote on the same post so that it will increase the awareness coming from the related team. More votes will make the team more aware that this is a highly requested feature.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Madoc
