Sharepoint will not load

My Sharepoint will not load and hasn't loaded for several weeks now. When I click on Sharepoint from the office 365 home screen, it opens a new window that just sits there spinning and displays a message that says "We're still working on getting files setup on Sharepoint. This should take us a few minutes". Then it times out and says "Getting your tiles set up on Sharepoint is taking longer than expected. Try closing this page and coming back later."

I tried clearing my cache to no avail.

I can access a couple of my sites from the office365 home screen under "recently viewed" but I don't have access to all of my sites and files from this screen. Help!!!!

    I am also having the same issue with a new Office365 Tenant I stood-up on 04/20/2020.  Today is 04/30/2020, so definitely not going away by itself after 24-48 hours.  Microsoft are you listening?  Do you have a fix, please?

    Very difficult to roll-out a new Office365 environment to a new client when both the SharePoint and OneDrive "default icons" on the user's home landing page do not work.  It is not really an option to tell dozens of new users that their brand new Microsoft solution is broken Day One.  Not to mention the hours of my time wasted.

    The hyperlink for our SharePoint icon on the default homepage is: https://www.office.com/launch/sharepoint?auth=2 (it is attempting to resolve to: https://www.office.com/launch/sharepoint, but it just spins on the url: https://www.office.com/launch/sharepoint?auth=2&home=1 with that "We'r still working..." message for about a minute and then times out, telling the User to "Try closing this page and coming back later".  Wash, Rinse, Repeat...

    Yes, I can access the sites by typing in the page name, but I can't get to the main sharepoint "homepage" that shows all of my sites on one main page.

    Have you tried to use another device like your phone to know if you get access?

    Have you tried to get access directly from the SharePoint main page:

    https://YourCompanyName.sharepoint.com/_layouts...

    For Example:

    Company Name: Contoso

    Onmicrosoft Domain Name: Contoso.onmicrosoft.com

    SharePoint URL: https://contoso.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/shar...

    I can access using URL but selecting SharePoint and/or One Drive (clicking icon) from the "All Apps" section (waffle) sends to page with message: 

    We're still working on getting files setup on SharePoint 

    This should take us a few minutes

    Navigation is to: https://www.office.com/launch/sharepoint?auth=2

    Are you still having the issue? usually goes away after 24-48h max
