Title Block

Good day all. I am currently completing an assignment in MS word and have been requested to include all other information other than my specific task in the top right corner of the page in a title block. This title block should be in a tabular form. If my task spans across more than 1 page, then all pages should carry this title block on the top right corner of each page.

I have searched the internet but have been unsuccessful. Can someone please tell me how to create a title block in MS word in a tabular form and how can this title block be repeated on several pages.

Thanks in advance.

Move to the top of your document and right click in the top margin and then click on Edit Header that appears.  Then insert the Title Block into the Header of the document.
