I am formatting a 2 page document. When I try to apply a background page color it does not cover certain sections of the page. Mostly these sections contain hyperlinks.
I would like to have the whole background covered in a uniform color.

At a guess, the affected text ranges have been formatted with shading which overrides the page color.
