Based on your description, I did a lot of tests and research on the Microsoft Teams with Facebook, however as far as I know currently it is not feasible to directly add the Facebook app in the Team channels. If you want to view your facebook page in the team channel, it is recommended that please add the facebook link into the website app and then make it as a tab in your channle. In this case when you click it you may need sign in and then see if you could view your facebook, thanks. You could use search feture to check if you could find " Website" there, thanks. If so, please enter your facebook link in it.
On another hand, if the suggestion above cannot meet your requirement, it is recommended that please give a feedback to Teams UserVoice and share your good ideas there, Microsoft keeps monitoring customers feedback there, some features would be added into the product based on customers good ideas in the future, and your good ideas will be very helopful for the dedicated develop engineers in Microsoft to improve the product, thanks.
