Microsoft has a link for device manager error codes.
It may be possible that you've tried them and there was no fix.
These are the Microsoft recommendations for device manager error code 43:
Code 43 "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
Cause
One of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some manner.
Recommended Resolution
If you have already tried the "Try these steps first" section, check the hardware documentation or contact the manufacturer for more information about diagnosing the problem.
Reinstall the device driver manually
From Start, search for device manager and select Device Manager from the results.
Right-click the device in the list.
Select Uninstall from the menu that appears.
After the device is uninstalled, choose Action on the menu bar.
Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the driver.
Note You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s website.
If the above steps fail to fix the problem then these are trial and error steps:
1) Make free backup images and save the images to another disk drive or the cloud
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)
With backup images you can restore an image after performing trial and error steps.
Restoring a backup image typically takes less then one hour and often less than thirty minutes.
2) Identify the Windows installation (windows 10 or windows 11)
3) Find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)
4) Create a bootable Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows iso)

5) Perform a clean install:

6) Test drive the headset
7) If the above fails with Microsoft default drivers then download and install drivers from the Lenovo website
8) Test drive the headset after installing the Lenovo tested drivers
If the above tests work then you can restore the backup image and spend time troubleshooting the installation or you can reinstall applications and files and continue with the clean installation.
If the above tests fail then you can restore the backup image and contact the headset manufacturer reporting the results after a clean install
