No Transform box in text effects how do I curve a text.

This is what is on my screen no option to transform

    According to your screen shot you're looking at the Home tab of the Ribbon, not the Shape Format tab. Go to the Shape Format contextual tab as I wrote earlier. Follow those same directions in order to get what you see below:

    Click in the WordArt to evoke the Shape Format contextual tab then in the WordArt Styles group click Text Effects> Transform & select the option you want.

    I have done that as I showed in the attached picture no transform tab I am using a Mac desktop I don't know if that is different or not.
