Is this possible? We have multiple domains in a single Office 365 tenant, and need users from all the domains to access the same site in SharePoint Online.

Hi Jason,
Yes, for the users within the same tenant the sharing process is same and simple, no need to enable external sharing on the site.
If both, User A (******@xyz.com) and User B (******@abc.com) are the are part of different organizations (i.e. different tenants) then they are considered as external users to each other and external sharing is required to be enabled to share the site. But in your case, both the users are within the same tenant, so they are considered in the same org.

Hi Jason,
Yes, all the users under different domain in the same Microsoft 365 tenant can access the same SharePoint site. For example, if User A (******@xyz.com) and User B (******@abc.com) are added in same tenant such as contoso.onmicrosoft.com, they are considered in the same organization and they can access the same team site.
If you have any doubt, let me know.

Neha
Thanks Neha! Is that as simple as inviting the users to the Sharepoint Site?
