Karl's link is 4 years old, but it does point you in the right general direction. You want to get the HUP discount.  But I expect that you'll find that on the current version of the page MS has (dis)"improved" the offer to 30% off the price of Office 365 YEARLY subscriptions, ie "only" $60 per year instead of one3-time payment of $9-15 ...  Hugely better for MS ...

    Hello AlexKeam

First, in the interest of full disclosure - am not a US Federal employee but the information you're looking for is contained in

Government discount through the Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP)

That's right, earlier this year MS started to change the offer to what you now see. They didn't do it to everyone at the same time, so a few groups had the old offer for a little longer.

Thank you.  Is the 9.99 price no longer offered? I keep getting the page where it says we get 30% off.  Nothing about the 9.99 price.

    THanks!

I see thank you, Rohn007! I was very confused looking for the 9.99 but I guess it's no longer offered. Thank you!
