Microsoft Forms - "non-anonymous question"

I created a question in Microsoft forms - that asks for a file to be uploaded.  But Forms has added this comment to the question any idea why and how it can be removed please.  "non-anonymous question?"

Hi TLaRocque,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Thuy, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you.

When you create a question which asks for file uploading, you could just be able to receive uploaded files from users within your organization, this means that file attachment feature currently doesn't support anonymous users. That being said, there is no way to remove "non-anonymous question" under the question as it is a notification.
