Performance log in excel blocking CTRL+SHIFT_L

When I press Ctrl+Shift+L (shortcut for filter) I get a pop up window saying "Performance logging started". If I press tha same again it pops up again saying "Performance log saved" C:Users\User27\Appdata\local\AMD\CN". How to deactivate this?

    The solution is:

    Open Radeon Settings

    Go to HotKeys

    Disable the HotKeys by pressing the delete button.

    I solved it. It was the graphics card software issue.

    I had to disable the following setting:

    This is a screen shot of the problem. See the arrow pointing the pop up window. It is from the second time I press CTRL+SHIFT+L. As I said the first time the window writes "Performance logging started".

    Hello Michalis

    I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. Perform an online repair like this.

    Press Windows key, hold it and press r to open Run window.

    Type appwiz.cpl and press enter

    This will open Uninstall or change a program window

    Click Office in the list of program

    Click Change at top

    Select Online repair

    Restart your computer once Online repair is finished.

    Let me know the outcome.
