Download Office 2019 Home & Business

Hi. I have a laptop that preinstalled Office 2019 Home & Business package. The product key also given with laptop with the product key box (no CD). After system crash I have reset the PC and now I wanted install Office 2019 Home & Business package. I have Tried to download the software using the Product key but it says This product key has already been used.

Nipon, It sounds like you actually purchased a retail version of Office Home & Business 2019 and the vendor installed it for you, rather than the Office came pre-installed by the manufacture.  Whichever is the case you cannot use the Product Key more than once to install Office 2019, that is for the first time.

You will either need to see what Microsoft Support can do or the vendor.  Or if Office came preinstalled by manufacture see the manufacturer.  Please come back with more information to see if we can identify what you actually purchased.

Nipon, you have a big problem.  The big problem was caused by the vendor.  The vendor should not have installed your Office 2019 unless they used the email address and password for your Microsoft Account. 

Using the Product Key and the email address and password for a Microsoft Account creates the Office Account from where you can reinstall Office.  You CANNOT use the Product Key to reinstall Office.

It sound like the vendor has used their email address and password for their Microsoft Account.  It that is the case you cannot reinstall your Office 2019.  You need to go back to the vendor.  The vendor is not going to like it.

PS:  You can try Microsoft Support and explain what has happened.  You will need the Product Key and the receipt for the purchase of your Office Home and Business.  You will need to be persistent but polite.

To reinstall Office, the Product Key (useful for the first installation of Office) is not necessary, but you have to connect to www.office.com with the Microsoft account with which you have previously associated the Office license. Thanks for the reply. The issue is I can't connect the product key with my account as that's popup error message as I mentioned above. As my knowledge, the office package installed by the vendor.
