Want to set up recurring billing for Microsoft 365 subscription but only gives option in USD.  I am in UK and want to pay with a UK credit card in GBP.

    Hi Emmanuel

On the link you sent I found:

"If you see Paid with pre-paid card next to the subscription expiration date, you paid for the subscription with a pre-paid code and you can't turn on recurring billing. You can buy a new one at Microsoft Store when the subscription expires."

So, it would seem if Office 365 is bought as part of a package from a 3rd party (e.g. Dell), then you can't set up recurring billing.

    Anyway, thanks for your help.

It's English (United Kingdom) everywhere as far as I can see.

I don't think so. If I may ask, what region did you select when you created your Microsoft account?

Can you try the steps below:

    1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/ on a browser then sign in with your Microsoft account that you would want to set up with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. Once logged in, scroll down at the very bottom left of the page where you can see a globe icon "English (United Kingdom)". Please make sure that it is set to the UNITED KINGDOM as your region. If it is set in the United States, kindly click it then it will open a new page where it will give you an option to "Choose your country/region and language preference", kindly select "English (United Kingdom)."

Let me know if this works for you.

I entered UK billing address but still only shows price USD.

Don't want to enter (UK) credit card until I know it will be billed in GBP.

Did notice that although the subscription was bought with a Dell laptop, both paid for in GBP, it shows in Order History as '$0'. Could that be the reason?
