"Dwwin.exe" is a Windows component, I believe. Try running the System File Checker Tool. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system.

No, but it was helpful. I went to Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. I uninstalled all mt Microsoft office programs and then reinstalled. Problem solved.

Not working because of DWWIN.EXE Systenm Error, being api-ms-win-cove-version-i1-1-1.dll
I have reinstalled three times to no avail.
