Powerapps Community Plan

I don't seem to be able to create a PowerApps Community Plan account/license.  Before I was aware that the Powerapps Community Plan existed I created a 30 day trial.

I'm not trying to create/use the Community Plan but when I look at the Subscriptions on the My Account page I see

Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial

Flow P2 Viral

PowerApps Trial

Is their a way to reset my account to use the Community Plan rather than the Plan 2 Trial?

Thanks,

Rob

    Hi Jazlyn,

No I had not been going in through the gear.  When I did this is what showed

which does show the community plan.

But what about the Power Apps Per User Plan Trial.  Should that be showing?

This all started with my inability to save a custom connector.  When I click to save the connector the message that the connector was saved appears for a second, the screen flashes again, and the attributes I set up for the connector disappear and are reset to the values when originally creating the connector.  I was thinking that this may be caused by my Trial plan being expired.

Should it still be saying Power Apps Per User Plan trial?

    Thanks,

    Rob

Thanks Jazlyn.  I've tried the links multiple times to create a Community Plan account.  But it just doesn't seem to be entirely correct.

I can select my personal environment which if I understand correctly is created when you sign up for the Community Plan. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/4aeeb9e8-3450-472c-916e-4c3490c45965?platform=QnA"https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/5c6a9af8-c37b-4513-bd2c-13b22a5ef21a?platform=QnA" rel="ugc nofollow">

I's really appreciate if you can help me correct this issue.

    Thank,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

Based on your description, you want to have a Power Apps Community Plan instead of Microsoft Power Apps Plan 2 Trial.

Although you signed up a 30 free trial for Power Apps before, you can also signup Power Apps Community Plan with the same account(you can only sign up with your work or school account). For more details, you can refer to this article: About licensing and license management.

Another article for your reference: Power Apps Community Plan: a free development environment for individual use.

If you can't signup successfully, did you receive any error message? If possible, could you please provide a screenshot for me?

    Best regards,

    Jazlyn
