Problem with Table of Authorities

When marking citations for a table of authorities, the only options that appear in the drop-down menu are "Cases" and "Statutes". Clicking on the "Categories" button gives only these same two categories. How can I get the other categories (Other Authorities, Rules, Treatises, Regulations and Constitutional Provisions) to display?

Do you have this problem if you start Word in safe mode?

Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC - Microsoft Office

If you start a new document, same problem in that document?

    Hi

I have the same issue, when I open the Table of Authorities, I only get the Citation categories "Cases" and "Statutes" the rest is Blank. It has the spaces were the rest of the categories and numbers should be but even when blank spaces are selected it does nothing.

I try to open in safe Mode but that brings a completely blank table of authority form.

    • Already uninstall and install eliminating anything from the appdata related to word, and from program files. When install same issue.
    • Already eliminated uninstalled with Microsoft support but when I install office same issue happens.
    • Work with the startup but still the same.

    any ideas will be appreciated.
